Foxtons Mini Adventure

We have come across a site posted on the comments board of the Rat & Mouse following the revelation a good while ago of a Foxtons car that ended up trashed in a field in Dorset. There have been a number of comments posted about the car and the agent, amongst which was a not so well wisher who included details of their own website.

The site asks you to vote for how much you dislike Foxtons, from I hate Foxtons a little to 'my gun is in my hand'

I am sure the management of Foxtons will be absolutely delighted about this!

It would seem at a time when websites and more particularly blogs are so easy to set up there is a greater chance of consumers expressing their frustration on-line. The governments road pricing petition a case in point.

Perhaps if organisations took note of consumers annoyance once they are expressed then something positive can come out of it.
