Salary Survey


Salaries within surveying are generally on the increase. A survey conducted on behalf of the RICS revealed that salaries haev increased on average by 2.3%.

Interestingly the survey compares the difference of Chartered Surveyors and their non-qualified counterparts. The survey revealed that there is an 8% increase if you are qualified.

Those looking to work outside the UK will be encouraged by the 36% extra salary they will be earning.

Meanwhile the difference between the sexes remains with men earning on average £47,500 compared to their female colleagues earning £36,700

The comparison between the regions in the UK offers a familiar trend with higher salaries in the South West.
