Davis Langdon Merges With Mackenzie Partnership

A merger between the UK’s leading project and cost consultant Davis Langdon and Scotland based property and construction consultancy Mackenzie Partnership is set to create the largest cost and project management consultancy in Scotland.
The merger brings together two of the leading firms in the industry; Davis Langdon which currently operates from 19 offices across the UK, including bases in Edinburgh and Glasgow and Mackenzie Partnership, Scotland's leading multi-disciplinary property and construction consultancy operating from offices in Aberdeen, Edinburgh and Glasgow. The merger will result in a combined resource in Scotland of over 150 people including 18 partners.
Davis Langdon’s Sam MacKenzie and Mackenzie Partnership’s Donny McKinnon and Douglas Robertson will lead the newly merged business with Douglas Robertson and Sam MacKenzie assuming the role of joint managing partner and Donny McKinnon concentrating on developing new business strategy that takes advantage of Davis Langdon’s depth of resource, client base and national and international network.
