Canary Wharf's Warchest.


And they are off.. the New Year has not long begun, the news is full of doom and gloom, but the wise and wealthy are getting ready for the bargain.

The downturn in the commercial property market will undoubtedly provide deals to be had. The Sunday Times is reporting details on the war chest being put together by Canary Wharf the Docklands developer.

They have accrued £800m to diversify their existing portfolio outside their local manor.

Predictions for the commercial property market see investors, from home and abroad start snapping up bargains. It is suspected that this will go beyond the summer sales
