Only Granny in the Village!

The Times picked up on the story of the lady who is the only person living in the a block of 30 flats.

The exclusive block of flats in Newquay, Cornwall is vacant for the majority of the year as the flats have been bought as second homes.

Ms Ward, 83, has pretty much exclusive use of the whole block and its features including the gym and swimming pool.

Parking never seems to be a problem either!
