Erinaceous In The News Again


Property Week have revealed that Erinaceous, the troubled practice is due for a management buyout, spearheaded by Stuart Hicks and Geoff Egan.

The new company will have 150 staff split between the current Erinaceous offices in Manchester and Piccadilly, London. It will be made up of the staff of Dunlop Heywood, Egan Lawson and Douglas Duff, firms snapped up by Erinaceous as it undertook a rapid expansion process.

Meanwhile the company needs to find some way to pay back its debt of £2oom. It is thought that some of the debt will be paid back by selling of sections of the company.It is not known at this stage if any changes to the company will mean a loss of jobs.

The trouble all started fro Erinaceous when they breached their banking its banking covenants.

As part of the changes within Erinaceous a re-branding exercise is expected.
