Carillion's Eastern Promise

Carillion seem to be making headlines for all the right reasons at present.

On the back of reports that they have won the the chance to build the Media Centre for the 2012 London Olympic Games worth in the region of £400m (But subject to increase?).

Now they are reporting an increase in total revenue by 13% to a whopping £3.9bn. Comparable to the GDP of some Eastern European Countries.

They put down some of this recent success due to their ventures in the Middle East, not only are they winning some great projects but margins are far better, almost 6% compared to 2% in the UK
