NAEA Challenges the Property Portals

In a controversial move, The National Association of Estate Agents is planning to launch a free to use property portal for their members.

Property Live is due to go online in October this year. It will create a serious threat to it's rivals, Rightmove and Findaproperty.com which currently charge upto £495 per month.

The NAEA states taht it is answering the demands of it's 10,000 members in launching this site. The site which has already cost several hundred thousand pounds is being funded by members fees.
