More contract wins for Galliford Try


Galliford Try has also been awarded a £16.8 million contract to undertake a major redevelopment on the Heythrop Park Resort in Chipping Norton, Oxfordshire for the Firoka Group. The works comprise the refurbishment of 104 existing guestrooms and the creation of a further 93 guestrooms along with an extensive refurbishment of the public spaces including a new ballroom and conferencing facility to accommodate 300 plus persons. The hotel will hold the Crowne Plaza brand and be the first of its kind the UK.

In the residential sector Galliford Try has been awarded an £8 million contract to build a seven-storey 136-room student accommodation block for Infrastructure Investments Limited in Wakeley Street, London. Work is expected to be completed by Summer 2010.
