P Elliot wins £1 billion Olympic village contract

P Elliott , the Irish based property company,has won a contract to build a block of the £1 billion Athletes Village. Developer Lend Lease will build five of the Village’s 11 plots, Ardmore is building N2, and John Sisk and Son will build N9 and N10.

P Elliott works on building and property development projects across the commercial, industrial, retail, leisure and public sectors. It had a turnover of €310million in 2006.

Construction work on the Village is on track with the first plot structurally complete and work well underway on all other residential plots. After the Games, all 11 buildings will be converted into residential apartments.
