Galliford Try Consortium Reaches Financial Close on Cambridgeshire BSF Programme
Galliford Try plc, the housebuilding and construction group has reached financial close as a construction partner of the Equitix consortium, which is undertaking the Cambridgeshire Building Schools for the Future (BSF) programme.
Following financial close, Galliford Try will now undertake the £26 million redevelopment of Neale-Wade Community College in March, Cambridgeshire. It is anticipated the second phase of the programme, which includes the £19 million Cromwell Community College in Chatteris, Cambridgeshire, will follow.
Galliford Try will undertake 40% of Equitix’s construction work in the first phase of the BSF programme with the potential to undertake additional construction work in subsequent phases, which could reach £600 million over the next 15-20 years
