Davis Langdon Merger

Davis Langdon has agreed to merge with the workplace designer DEGW.

Davis Langdon who currently turn over £200m, compared with DEGW who turnover a paltry £17m, see the merger as an opprtunity to strengthen its commercial arm.

In a strange move, Davis Langdon have sought to reassure the market that they would not be seeking architectural appointments on the back of this merger. Both companies would continue to trade under their current names. DEGW currently employes 145 people in 12 countries.
