The AJ Plus has recently revealed on its website that one of the Frank Lloyd Wright Usonian Houses , is up for sale.

Offers in the region of £1m will be considered for this stylish house tucked away in the outskirts of Seattle.

Whilst clearly we are not made of money here at workinproperty put that in perspective of what that can buy you in the UK and all of sudden you start to get a bit of a bargain.

When we started digging into this, we found a great website that features a number of Frank Lloyd Wright Houses which are currently for sale. It would seem that a £1m price tag for the property featured in AJ Plus is pretty average. Some of the properties are on for nearer three times that amount.

If you are looking for a bargain how about a two bedroom house in the Michigan woodlands (picture above) for under £200k. Compare that to the price of your average two bedroom flat in London.
