Hotels For Waterloo Raod

Travelodge have announced the planning approval for a new hotel in Waterloo Road as part of their strategy to create more hotel rooms in the capital by 2012.

They will be creating a 284 room budget hotel with over 14,000sq ft of offices. The Hotel will start on site in mid 2008. Just down the road, at 300 Waterloo Road, Spanish Hotelier H10 are also due to start on a 178 room 4 star hotel.

The delivery of new hotels shows the increasing trend to provide more rooms for the capital.
