Galliford Try Secures £62 Million in two Health Partnerships
More successes forGalliford Try plc, the housebuilding and construction group, this week as it has been awarded a £22 million contract to build a new health centre in
Galliford Try will undertake the demolition of the existing health centre on the site, along with
the design and construction of the new five-storey City Centre Health Facility. The new health centre will include GP Practices, the city’s walk-in health centre and a pharmacy. The building will be built to achieve the BREEAM “Excellent” rating. Construction of the new facility will start in April and completion is expected in November 2011.
Galliford Try Chief Executive Greg Fitzgerald commented “We are delighted to be awarded this contract which is reflective of our excellent track record both within this LIFT framework and also the wider healthcare sector.”
Galliford Try has also renewed its framework partnering agreement with
