Vinci will buy Haymills

Vinci are set to buy struggling contractor Haymills today following the decision by the banks to freeze the companies accounts.

Four companies entered into the race to purchase the company which turned over £181m. Haymills operates in the commercial and residential sectors around London and East Anglia.
