Estate agency Hamptons International has purchased Shire and Cotswold-based residential property agency Hayward White. The country Estate Agent has six offices covering three shire counties and into the Cotswolds.
Mark Anderson, managing director of residential agency at Hamptons International, said the acquisition would help the business strengthen its presence in the mid-to-high end residential sales and lettings market within the Buckinghamshire and Oxfordshire regions.
As part of the acquisition, Hamptons International will retain all Hayward White staff and will provide a comprehensive portfolio of sales, lettings, development and property management services.
